smartshop702 I felt I was going through the necessary steps in order to receive a refund. I’ve never received an item that I felt didn’t match the description. There was an incredibly large hole in the armpit on the inside of the jacket.

johannaerr @smartshop702 okay I mean if you feel that way I can’t do anything about it. Although I’m positive there was no hole, that’s how I got the jacket from ASOS.
