skyjazzpix I'm sorry you are unhappy & chose to give me such a low rating after I listened to your issues & tried to work w/you on price. I checked the zipper when I packed it & it functions exactly the same as the day I purchased it.I feel that you want perfection in a pre-owned bag & that you want a huge discount as well.I polished it again, carefully packaged & shipped your order the day you placed it. A 2 star rating is unfair, but I hope you are at least able to get some enjoyment out of the bag.
