staind14845 Hi Pam this is Jessica The headset is missing The piece that controls all the audio. The piece that connects it to the controller. My boyfriend just text me, cause he was going to use it, and now it's basically useless without that piece

sendelbach11 @staind14845 the audio is controlled by the controller there is an adapter you have to connect to the controller then plug in the headset. it doesn't come with the headset. but some controllers already have it on them. I had to get it for my own controller too

sendelbach11 @staind14845 Tell him look at the bottom of the controller where you'd plug it in and see if it has an area to plug in the headset if it does then he will just go into settings and adjust the audio from there. most co trollers have a plug in at the bottom if it's a new controller 2021 to 2022 controllers

sendelbach11 @staind14845 I'm sorry but it did not come with the headset. You can get it at Walmart or gamestop I'm not sure the cost it's been a while since I got mine.

sendelbach11 @staind14845 I understand and again I apologize all peoces that came with it I put in the box. plus I added extras to make gaming easier. But the extra peice is not common with headsets, if it says it came with it on paper it did not come in that box with the headset. I know with a wired controller it doesn't need an adapter if that helps if he has one

sendelbach11 @staind14845 It's called a Controller adapter for headset. You can get them online, Walmart, Gamestop. Prices range from $15 to $50 Depending on which one you want bc these all different kinds and some fancy ones
