spenderscloset I am new to Poshmark and had to do some research about items that do not fit. I found this page that has needed info about their Posh Protect policies. https://poshmark.com/posh_protect According to the policy returns can not be made on items that do not fit. You might want to list the boots on Poshmark. I had several interested Poshers so you should be able to sell them fast. Feel free to use my pictures if it will save time and trouble. :) So sorry they didn't fit.

spenderscloset PART 1 My neigbor signed for and gave me the package. Not knowing the protocol on issue when sold item was returned without Poshmark consent I contacted Poshmark after I received your message telling me you had sent the boots back.

spenderscloset PART 2 I still have not heard from Poshmark but Ambassador Poshers have advised me to mark the boots "Return to sender" because they are not elgible for return. I was told that Poshmark issues shipping labels and issues the refunds on qualifying items. If I do not hear from Poshmark by noon tomorrow I will do as advised and mark "Return to sender". I am so sorry the boots did not fit.
