templelouise Hi Pamela – I have to tell you that when I went to package your watch for shipping, I noticed that it is not running. I believe the battery needs changed, but I am not sure what the problem could be. Would you like to cancel the order? Another option could be for me to lower the price (let me know what you think is fair), and I do have a set of batteries that I could include in the shipment. I apologize for the inconvenience.

sweet_tessa @tarras I left the packages in the package drop off that day, like I always do. Yours was obviously never scanned. They told me that it left the PO but is probably held up somewhere. USPS is having major delays all over the country. They said it would get there but there is no way to tell where it is or when it will arrive. Ugh. I will let you know if I hear something else. I am sorry- I have never seen the mail like this!

sweet_tessa Hi again, I received the notice that you canceled the order. I am so sorry that USPS is having such terrible issues! I did ship the boots to you on 12/11. The order that I shipped at the same time is tracking, but still in transit, so you very well may still receive the boots. If you do happen to get them, would you please let me know? Thank you.

tarras @sweet_tessa I don’t want the boots anymore because I don’t think they’re on the way I can’t get any kind of scan for anything from the USPS or anything so I don’t understand why do you keep saying it’s going to be a surprise because I’ve ordered things well after the time that I ordered those boots and I’ve already gotten

sweet_tessa @tarras USPS is SUPPOSED to scan packages when they go out of the PO. Sometimes they miss packages. I've shipped thousands of orders and this happens with at least one order a month. In those cases, the tracking will update when the package is delivered.

sweet_tessa @tarras That coupled with the major shipping delays due to covid and holidays (you can google and read about this), is causing issues. Some packages are being delivered very quickly, others are getting "stuck" in a processing center for weeks.
