katie1katie @angoras2 Hi, sorry, not the waist measurement across. So the 17" you mentioned in the listing I wanted to know if that was across the top of the waistband or hip. So I guess I am looking for both the measurement across the waist at the very top of the white part, and also the measurement across the hip. Hope this makes sense.
