blubay_boutique @p_travis hello, last night I was going to prepare your dress for shipping, I am not able to find it in any of my 17 bins. I did have a box full of clothes that were recently listed and it has been misplaced in our recent rearranging of our storage room. I am so sorry about this, it has never happened to me, I always ship no later than 3 days.

blubay_boutique @p_travis I did not find it anywhere in my home. I am truly so sorry. It may have accidentally been put in our storage unit when we brought other items thier last month. I will refund your money, and when I do find the dress, I will send it to you for free. I feel so terrible about this. 😢 Please forgive me.
