1mayvasquez Thank you for your suggestion on packaging. However I’m confused. How can you break one of the necklaces in the bundle, if they were inside a plastic bag, then wrapped in tissue paper? How could you break one trying to rip the tape off? That’s several layers. And how do you open and handle your packages. Anyway. Ty

akpamelia @1mayvasquez you must have forgotten how you packaged it! they were taped directly to the tissue paper which was very difficult to remove 😊

akpamelia I contacted customer service regarding it and they said the only option was to return all four items and receive a refund. I opted not to do that because you did sell it to me at a good price even though I'm actually only going to be able to use three of the items! thank you
