vintagequeen714 Hi! Appreciate the counter offer on the Halston dress, but it negates the 4.99 reduced shipping discount when you counter. So your offer is 40 + 8.27 shipping vs 45 w. 4.99 shipping, not much of a difference. I believe the shipping discount will last for another 30 min. or so. Fondly, Jayme
