deeannaaaa Hi! I wanted to apologize about your recent purchase with me. I didn’t realize so many things that went wrong that could’ve been prevented. This was one of the first few items I’ve listed so being description on items was new to me and I’ve definitely could’ve done a better job. And I honestly I didn’t realize there was staining on the collar. But I did say I bedazzled the collar myself. I’m sorry it was a complete mess. Please let me know how I can make this situation better.

pamelainperil @deeannaaaa hi! Thanks for writing and trying to fix the problem with the order but looks like a refund isn’t possible from what I saw unless you have any suggestions? I would send you a pic if I could the rhinestones came off and dye bled where bunnies were and I had only hand washed it! I’m so sorry I was really looking forward to wearing it
