tris1957 Then after u open a return, put placed by mistake, contacted seller, but was already shipped...DO NOT WAIT TO DO THIS...then pish will open a case..n notify me by email...ill be able to chime in and back u up...then posh will issue a return lable , DO NOT WAIT TO RETURN , u are under a time line, i had 1 person do same thing..but never returned ...so she got charged..see posh tracks the return, as soon as i recieve..u get refund

tris1957 Hi pam, i just put in my comment, sorry but 2 dogs had procedures today!....ughhh..crazy...u can go in and look at what i wrote...being fri..n they dont do anything till next bussiness day, they will prob decide on m9n/tues, and email u a return lable to print out...when u get that..u can use same priority box.....just securely tape your lable over mine, or take mine off...do it like my hubbs did, cause otherwise those lables get ripped.

tris1957 Then posh will see that u mailed it..they get notified...n i then get notified...my guess is if u mail by tues/wed...then ill get hopefully fri /sat....posh then gives u ur refund that day , ive heard, unless its weekend, then it might be wed.

tris1957 hi girl!...when u set up urcl9set, if u hav any problems let me kno!...ill totally help u...what u did , printing shipp. lable out, taping good on box, is how easy it is!...the rest is just taking pics n making a description...i found the shipping stuff hardest at 1st...but , its really not!
