Hi Pamela! You recently purchased the Coach Poppy Tartan Glam bag from me...When I went to package it to ship I noticed the straps are pretty wore on this bag. I somehow completely missed the wear when I purchased and didn't see if when I created the listing. I am very sorry for the inconvenience, but I don't think you will be happy with the condition. hi! I did ship your Rae Dunn metal basket yesterday...I just saw it hasn't started tracking yet. Pretty normal these days USPS has been struggling the last couple months. I did let posh know it was shipped but not tracking. It should update at its next destination 💞
