djgraddick I as well as posh Mark has been in touch with the woman that the kit was mailed to. the tracking has labeled it as delivered however she is saying she has not received it I understand that a shipping label has been sent to you for the Pocketbook to be mailed to her. please do not ship the Pocket book unless I tell you she has acknowledge receiving the Mary Kay cleansing system and is willing to return it. Thanks

crusen2you @djgraddick I understand this is where it can get confusing. but if you are going by the tracking of the Mary Kay product number, yes it's going to show it was delivered because that's the label that was on my box but inside the box was a purse and a confirmation letter inside with the order number the handbag and the thank you note. so you're saying the tracking number to the purse has been delivered?
