Hi - I just read your message regarding the wrong sized Gdefy! I can't wear an 11 and so when they arrive I will decline them as not the right size advertised - if I remember correctly I will be sent a return to sender label/postgage and Poshmark will refund the monies - if I remember correctly - this happened to me once before. If you can let them know on your end - there was a mixup on your end - it might help to speed up the process. Thank you for letting me know - Julie!

@mulberrycountry i just wanted to let you know that I have received the shoes back and to tell you again how sorry I am that I made the mistake of mis sizing them and if you ever find anything in my closet that you like be glad to make it up to you I dont have alot of items at the moment but I try to add new things I have alot of items just taking time to list them so keep checking back if you would like and just in case I dont recognize its you if their is something just remind me of the gdefy

@bcat232002 I'm sorry I have shipped those shoes they were shipped last week end and I am unable to track them I have contacted poshmark and also my post office and we are trying to find out what the problem im not sure if because Monday was a holiday if they some how have gotten backed up or lost after being picked up what is going on.

however I do believe that you have the option to cancel the order after 7 days if haven't received if you want me to cancel I will have to check to see if I even can ive never had this problem befor however I dont have your funds they don't get released to me until after you receive the item and either approve them or automatically are released after 3 days of you receiving them

but I will check to see if there is a way I can cancel your order I don't know if I can after contacting poshmark about the missing order how that works I thought that they would have canceled it when I contacted them I am very sorry for the inconvenience and I know this is frustrating to you I apologize and I want you to know that I have beenworkinh to resolve the issue since Wednesday when I realized they had nor started tracking

@pamnels45 I will wait alitttle longer and see if they come in. I understand the mail isn’t perfect right now. It took 2 weeks for a pair of pants to get to me. Was there no tracking number on the label you printed out?

@bcat232002 I appreciate your patience and understanding and I apologize I have never had this situation befor however yes there was a trackingng on the label and I have a copy of that and when I go to usps.om and enter the tracking info it states that the label was created on the 17 and that the package is on its way to a usps facility but that is all it says and when I hit the tracking on posh all it states is that a label was created and shipped but that is it here is that tracking number

@bcat232002 when I go to usps and check the tracking it states that your package should be delivered today I have provided that tracking number for you last night it stated it was on its way to a facility but not states it will be delivered I hope thar is correct and you will receive then today

@pamnels45 I just had cell service enough to see that I should be getting my package delivered to me today. Once I get home later this evening from work and it has arrived I will accept it. Thank you for keeping me posted.

@bcat232002 thank you for your patience and understanding I hope you receive those today as it states and again I am sorry for the delays that have been with this package I dont understand why there has been so much confusion with this tracking but I accept that even the mail service isn't perfect in the times we are living in right now in just glad that we have been able to see that they qare in shipment and not lost
