Select your profile picture at the top-right of the page Select Account Settings From the left-hand menu, select Account Info Beside Username, select Change to receive a verification code Enter your verification code and select Done Enter your new username Select Done

heavenandangel @pwebmom3 No, I'm not sure why but some things have to be done on the computer. You can message customer service through the app and ask them to change it though.
