Hi, I’m a little confused. You accepted the order therefore Poshmark and myself were notified you received the order and all was well. If there is a problem with the order it will be more beneficial for you to contact Poshmark support to further resolve the issue. I was unaware there were any issues with shipment/your order delivery and would be more than willing to help resolve them.

This is the info I have. You’re able to see the same information if you go to “purchases”, click on the purchased item, click the tracking #, review history.

@sgc1994 how could boots be delivered in a mailbox? When I was notified the package was delivered I was out of state. Once I returned I looked everywhere for it. I received a pair of denim jeans in a white box which I never ordered. I contacted Poshmark and told them. They advised me to continue to look and contact the mail company once I absolutely knew I didn’t get them. I asked if maybe you sent me the wrong item by accident. I received a pair of grey denim size 29.

@lamaki535 it sounds like I might’ve sent you the incorrect item. I sent out 5 boxes earlier this month and accidentally switched the shipping labels. It wasn’t done intentionally. I’m not out to “scam”. If you contact poshmark support and let them know they should be able to send you a shipping label to send the jeans back and give you your money.
