posherstyles hi Pamela, just letting you know I would accept an offer if 24 and I can do discount shipping for 9.99; 5 dollars off your shipping. let me know if that will work. it is just hard to do a deeper discount on one item since Posh tales there 20% off sale as well and I paid 18 for the Plate and bought in the US, so not making very much for this item. it is a beautiful Plate though and new never used. let me know if you feel this is fair
