pammylynn73 @personallypickd I realize that. However, the postage wasn’t paid. Why didn’t you pay postage? They sent it to a different location awaiting postage payment and I haven’t had time to go by there yet. I thought it would be directly shipped to my house. This is only my second purchase from this Co & this has NOT been a good experience. Why don’t you call them & settle up the postage.

pammylynn73 @personallypickd OK well when I went by my PO on Wednesday (my day off) they said it was not paid, I could NOT pick it up & they would be sending to the other PO for payment. I will have my husband stop by there (as I work another 12 hour shift today) & will not be able to go by there myself. Please give them a call to confirm we can pick it up today at NO cost to us. 800-275-8777 Ty!

pammylynn73 The postage was NOT paid. My husband got the run around. Had to wait for them to bring the package to the right hub. They weighed it and said the postage due is $169.70. 😳 I need to know how you want to resolve this. He was told you only paid $5 for a package that weighed 33 lbs. Which makes no sense. Poshmark said I could be reimbursed the postage cost in Poshmark credit but I rarely shop here and after this experience I do not want $170 in Poshmark credit. How would you like to proceed?

personallypickd @pammylynn73 we did pay for extra postage on the package. And we would be making NOTHING if we pay that amount and we payed it the correct way through posh and they are kindly offering you that reimbursement.
