wildfox GM! I received a message from Posh saying they believe that your dress was lost in the mail😡. This is ridiculous how the USPS has been operating. Anyways I’m thankful that they resolved it but I’m praying that you still get it because it’s a really cute dress.

I’ve been following the tracking information and it seems that the package is now in transit. 😁 Yay! I’m so excited and I can’t wait to wear the dress!!!😊Thanks again and take care.

wildfox @paolaoliver yes I saw that! I mailed another item on the same day and I didn’t see any updates on tracking until yesterday. My guess is they’ve been sitting somewhere. But no problem! I been meant to reach out to you! Happy Poshing!

paolaoliver @wildfox Hi, unfortunately for some reason my purchase has been canceled which I never requested in the first place.I am so upset that all this has happened. I’m so confused because at this point I don’t know if it is still in transit to be delivered to me or back to you. I will be contacting posh ASAP! This is so frustrating because I’ve been waiting so patiently for the dress.I just really really want the dress!

I guess as part of the whole inconvenience I will receive my dress and money back and like I said you still you will receive your money too. It’s good to know that posh is resolving this matter and I apologize for all the previous messages I sent to you. Lol I guess I should have checked my email first.

paolaoliver @riveba After someone has purchased from my closet I usually will mail same day or next day. However, I’m not sure how fast the post office will ship out. To my knowledge it can take 2-3 business days to receive a package but it all depends. Hope this answers your question. Thank you
