paocarvajal1912 @tahomie2017 I gave 4 stars. That is a positive feedback. I understand 3 is neutral, 1 and 2 are negative, 4 and 5 are positive. I didn’t love the shirt. It was OK. The color in the picture looked more pinky. It wasn’t exactly what I was expecting. I reserve 5 stars when I really love what I got. This one was OK, but no complaints, that is why I gave 4 stars, which again, I consider positive. I am curious, why do you think 4 stars is a negative rating?

tahomie2017 @paocarvajal1912 I sent a postcard....it is negative because it means I could have done something better as a seller, hence why you are given the option to mention areas for improvement. I asked because instead of mentioning a way the experience could have been better you stated good shirt.

tahomie2017 @paocarvajal1912 Check out Poshmarks guide about rating. The rating systems is less about how something fits and you like it and more about item being as described/pictured, cleanliness, shipping speed , ease of transaction, communication. It’s about the trustworthiness of the seller. I take constructive criticism seriously and as chance to learn, grow and up my game.
