kitkat138 @xparissss18 You're welcome! The thing that has improved my sales the most is self-sharing my items at least 3x's per day. It ensures that your items are seen by the people who are searching for that product. Also, hake sure you have a light background and enough light shining of your items to highlight the little details. I use the same background in every picture for a cohesive "look" to my closet. xparissss18 @zoe_schmitt How do I get my photos to look good? I hate how on here you have to crop your photos to make them square shape.

zoe_schmitt @xparissss18 Usually when I take photos for Poshmark, I use the square setting on my phone so that I don’t have to crop them or edit them in the squaring apps. Hope this helps!:)

styledtr @xparissss18 I’m sorry I don’t know the answer. If you go to your posh ID at bottom of screen (right corner) you get a list of items on Poshmark. There are FAQs (although I don’t remember seeing that one) and also a support center where you can ask. I’ve used it when I wasn’t sure how to handle something.

xparissss18 @styledtr I also had another question... what do you do when some people don't respond after you shipped it? Is that counted as a red flag or just give them time to respond?

styledtr @xparissss18 Hi Paris, Most purchasers have accepted their items and provided a rating but I’ve had a fair number who haven’t. Once delivered your sales screen will say pending acceptance. If you click on the arrow it explains the process. While I would like to know the buyer is happy with their purchase, it has not impacted my rating stats if they don’t manually accept it.
