Hi paris im not sure if you are seeing my messages but I can assure you the proper label was attached to the package otherwise it wouldn’t show you tracking for another purchase…. I am frustrated by this situation as well.

I am not sure if you are aware how being a seller on poshmark works but postmark provides me with a label which i attach to the package and once USPS scans it it starts sharing the information with you. I have had problems with USPS in the past although nothing as odd as this

Your funds have not been released to me so I cannot provide you with a refund but poshmark handles all middleman activity and i have no control over funds that have not been released to me. I am frustrated as well by this situation but there can’t be anything done without going through postmark
