topshelfresale Hello, I want to thank you for purchasing the Franco Sarto boots. When I got up this morning I realized that I sent the wrong pair. I am so so sorry. I will be contacting Poshmark as well. I so apologize for the inconvenience. I think that when you receive the boots you should open a case so you can return them and I can send your the correct ones. Again I am so sorry.

parker182 @topshelfresale Oh, no. That’s not good. I had bought these as a birthday gift for my daughter that is in just a few days. I see by the tracking info that the wrong pair will not be here until Monday. I’m assuming you are saying you can’t ship the correct boots until you receive these back? That will take at least an additional week or more to get the correct boots. Is there any way to make this process faster or for you to be able to ship the correct boots out?

topshelfresale Hi , I just received a message from Poshmark. They ask that when you receive the boots do not click the “accept “ button but to click the button for problems. The process then is for Poshmark to approve and send you a new mailing label to send it back to me. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Thank you.🦋
