steveellis3 I am so sorry about the Mix Up . I had 15 shipments to get out at the post office and I must have accidentally put your shipping label on the person who ordered the hoodie . I will contact that person, I see that their shipment is to arrive tomorrow. I live in the Palm Springs area and as soon as I get the Abercrombie Parka back , I can have my wife drop it off to you . She has a business in Eastvale. Once again , I’m very sorry. Steve

steveellis3 Hi,i wanted to let u know I received the Chiefs Hoodie. PM has been handling these returns (the Hoodie u mistakenly received & the other person who received the green Jkt u ordered)I’m going to msg PM & see where the Jkt is & get a Track# to. PMs Policy is not charge u until u receive your item. They put a hold on your card but not charged. I wasn’t sure if u still want the A&F Jkt. I understand if u don’t . Let me know either way. I can then let PM know whats up I’m sorry this had to happen

steveellis3 Hi, I wanted to let you know that I received the Abercrombie Jacket from the customer who wrongly Received it. I had 15 sales to package, box up, label each one and drive them to the post office that day. I’d never had more than 10 sales in a weekend before. Basically I put your label on the Box containing the KC Chiefs Hoodie and the other person who ordered the hoodie, their mailing label was placed and taped onto the box containing the Jacket that you ordered.

steveellis3 I was in such a hurry to make it to the Post Office in time with all the orders, that I didn’t take the time to double check everything. I know how frustrating it can be not to receive something you have ordered. I’m so very sorry this happened. Hopefully you have your refund or Poshmark has dropped the hold. I will check with Poshmarks Customer Support. As they handle the entire payment process. I’ll let you know what I found out. Sincerely, Steve
