pashenique @poshave Hello I have no idea what to do , when I used it .. it fell off my shoulder , it won’t stay buckled , it’s supposed to have 2 loops that hold the strap , what are my options I can take it to my shoes repair guy but that’s gonna cost me

posh_ave @pashenique I’m truly so sorry! You can either send back and I can refund your money or you can get a repair estimate and depending on how much, I could possibly cover it. You may not want to go out right now with this pandemic so I’m ok to wait until you decide how to proceed. If you send it back it just has to be in the same condition you received it! I will certainly make sure to examine every listed item much more carefully!
