gigi090376 Hi Pat, not sure if you’re following what’s happening with your belt purchase I shipped it same day and was following tracking until it said return to sender so I communicated with posh and from my understanding shipping label sent to me was wrong and was told they will send me another label however when I received belt back it was damaged so I sent posh the picture of damaged item but good news I have same belt which is listed as well that I can resend to you, please let me know your thoughts

icmom2020 @januarysummer Unfortunately not. I did get a message from PM asking if I wanted a label with an updated address, that is if the could locate one. Strange b/c Usps has it as coming back. Shame on this person if it is in fact a scam. PM should not allow her to buy or sell.

januarysummer @rgamom2016 Hi. If you click on “About” on her page, you will see when she logged in Poshmark. She was on 26 hours ago. You can check tracking on USPS website. Also, your on your sales page, I you will see it marked delivered. Sometimes, this doesn’t update so it’s best to look at USPS tracking.

It’s a way to make her feel good without breaking the bank. It’s like buying something at the mall and then returning it.

classycontessa @marakiboutique So sorry this happened to you. She doesn’t respond. I reached out to Poshmark because I feel it is their responsibility to protect us. I’m really surprised Poshmark hasn’t closed her account. I suggest you email them and ask them why they continue to allow her to do this.

I will definitely contact them tonight. Did they just cancel the order and give her the money back or did you get to keep the money? This has never happened to me before.

classycontessa @marakiboutique They asked me to let them know when I received the order back. Then they canceled the order and released my item back for sale. She never got charged because she didn’t ever receive the order because her address is not correct. Definitely contact them. It’s ridiculous that this continues to happen.

marakiboutique @classycontessa i did email them what to do and asking why they are allowing this to keep happening and they gave me the same response that you got (just about the package itself and my options) . Though, i just responded back and asked what can be done with this buyers account and that more then a hand full of us have gone through the same situation since what seems like the passed 5 months...Hopefully they will respond to the question this time!

marakiboutique @mayacloset20 hi, unfortunately it will be sent back and she will get a refund. They will give you an option for posh to relist the item for you or you can do it yourself. Its ridiculous, since its not our fault. Ive tried to get in touch with posh about her account. And they said they cant do anything about it since it an active account 🙄

emmylily Same deal here! I just sold this individual a denim dress and it’s back on my doorstep a week later 🙄 Thankfully packaging intact and unopened, but I now wish I hadn’t wasted my time packing and shipping it. I too will report to admin about this seemingly ongoing trend. Agree that it is Poshmark’s responsibility to keep this a safe platform to buy and sell..even when that means suspending an account. moda911 @phbelden please correct your shipping address to insure you get your packages. It is very simple to update your address so that your items can get delivered, that way you can enjoy your purchases instead of them being sent back by post office.
