varnyp @pwalshh ✨Go to the Account Tab → My Balance → Redeemable Balance and select your desired redemption method to set-up a direct deposit (or request a check, if preferred).

varnyp @pwalshh So funds go from pending to redeemable when your buyer accepts the delivery on the app or automatically on the 4th day after delivery. If your buyer opens a case dispute then it takes a little longer while Posh support resolves the case. Once your funds are in the redeemable category then you can just request a check be mailed to you and you can take it to a bank and cash or deposit the check. Hope that helps!✌🏼

varnyp @pwalshh You can check tracking to get delivery updates. Priority shipping is 2-3 days. If your buyer doesn't t actively accept the package on the app then Posh will release funds on the 4th day after delivery! Maybe 7-10 days? Definitely contact Posh support if you see any unusual delay.

varnyp @pwalshh No worries! When you ship the item you need to go into the 'my sales' section in your account and tap the blue bar where it says that you shipped the item. Once the post office scans in your package, Posh gets notified even if you don't do anything else. Have you checked tracking? You can do that on the app by going to 'my sales'.
