Hi Pat I see you’ve received the wrong dress I’m very sorry it’s my 1st time sending the incorrect item to anyone you could have just let me know and I could have remedy it I’ve seen where others have done the same error they either just send each customer new label and they mail it out. I’m very sorry I did not intend for you to get the incorrect product

Poshmark is new to me and after spending over an hour trying to figure out how to contact you, I threw my hands up and contacted Poshmark. If you’ll send me return postage, I’m happy to return the wrong dress that I received. I pray you still have the dress I bought as it’s intended for a very special occasion and I’ve struggled to find just the right dress! It would be helpful if Poshmark was easier to navigate and I apologize for your inconvenience.

I used the label you sent me, didn’t pay attention to who or where it was going, just wanted to repack it nicely with your thank you card and get it mailed off. Yes, I definitely still want the dress and will let you know when I receive it. Thank you for following through with this.
