Hi Trish, truly sorry for the delay in shipping. My grandmother had an emergency and we had to be admitted to the ER a few days ago. Been busy since. Granny doesn't speak English so I've been running around and translating etc. Please forgive me. It's a small enough package so I'll drop it off in the mailbox. Should track soon. If you are going to give me a one star rating because you can’t read that the TODDLER shoes were USED....maybe you should go to a store and buy brand new shoes and full price. The shoes you got were washed and guess what, when a shoe is worn, especially by a child, they get dirty and sometimes the stains DO NOT come out. Clearly you don’t quite understand that. Don’t shop from my closet again. ✌🏼
