Hi peatie. oooooo my goodness. I only have 2 pairs of these sandals , let me go run to the other size and see what's going on. o my goodness. Well I'll fix it some how. I only took them out to take pictures. and didn't need to take both out. I'm getting the other pair out right now !!!!!

No matter what I'll make it right even if I have to refund .. if the other pair is the 7. this is a new distributor I am using I was so Happy with the product but now if this is the case ..I'll never use them again !!!! There both the same size the 8. So I don't believe they were mixed up during pics. I'm running to my supplies right now !!!!

But I will correct this right away !!! So sorry. The 7's were so pretty I just never in a million years thought take out the eights unfortunately I use the sevens as the real picture for listing. I zoomed in on my listing ... now I have to figure out how to get the picture

O just contacted posh about the order ... under problem with order. there were only a few choices so I pressed "sent the wrong item". they will get back to me pretty fast I'm sure !!!

Hi Pat. I just called them. They have an office in California !!!! Thank goodness although they receive there merchandise apparently from Europe ...But knowing the Customer Service is California !! I know I can get them to you much faster then oversea's. Thete office hours are Mon - Fri 9 to 3. When I get done talking to them they better be overnighting them!!!! Please let me know if you want another pair or refund

hi? I would like another pair please. Rosegold in 8's. When I opened them I just tried on ONE and I was mesmerized on the sparkle! didn't take out the other shoe for about an hour and they were both going the same way! I actually giggled! it's just funny crazy. keep me updated.

I'm so very very very frustrated right now Posh will not refund you I have been going back and forth and back and forth with him telling them my situation giving them the order number the item number the entire process at this point trying to reorder your size again they're still not in I would like to refund you if I've been trying to figure out how we are going to do that since a posh will not refund you on flabbergasted

Hi peatie have you heard anything about the refund ye?? every time I contact them about it I get the same message back that once the funds have hit the seller's account Poshmark will not refund that the buyer has to contact so sorry about that I wish I could just give it back to you through a different avenue or something cuz I would do that immediately

Hi! Poshmark cancelled the sale of the Lilly pants since I had not shipped. Our trip ran late but we are finally back and I can ship whenever you want! I created a new listing (but will sell to you for the previous price if you still want them). I also have another pair of similar Lilly pants in a medium if you’re interested in those as well.
