martyfinley Pat, I purchased the Johnson & Murphy leather coat. I have not received and the package has been in Fredrick, Md since 1/24/2021. The PO is asking where it was mailed from. Can you help me out. Thanks, Marty Finley

I just checked the tracking number and the last update said: January 29, 2021 In Transit, Arriving Late Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility. Let me know if you don't get it in another day or so.

pbrosensteel Thanks. Seems I also need your email and phone number for the claim. I'm also trying to find out the amount of insurance that Poshmark paid on the shipment, as that is required for the claim too!

pbrosensteel Marty, I got an email from Poshmark this morning saying: "Unfortunately, it looks like your order has stopped tracking and has likely been lost by the shipping carrier. Therefore, we have processed this as a lost package and will be compensating both sides. We have added your earnings to your account, while also refunding your buyer as part of the protection we provide each of our users. Have any questions?
