dhassel8 hi, I'm sorry about the shipping delay. I shipped out right away. it was the postal fault it was delayed. I got a notice from Poshmark . they should have updated you on this development via a email. otter than that, I hope you love the robe.

mims70 @dhassel8...the email I received stated they had to remind you to mail the package! Once it was mailed, they updated me to shipping delays, which was fine due to the weather. But having to remind you to mail the package is the reason for the rating. Simply unacceptable to me for any seller to have to be reminded.
