But at this time for sure I know that I am unable to go any lower than my last counter. So, rather than decline your offer and possibly insult you, I thought I would send you a little note to just let you know. bimmy123 @franklypat Dear Pat, OMG, I just got a notice from the postal service and found out that they STILL haven't delivered your bag!!!!???!! I just cannot believe that! I am soooo sorry and I wish there was something I could do! USPS just sent me a notice that it is now on it's way without any other explanation. Have you heard anything?

franklypat I received the purse but there is a big cut/scratch on the front. Since it was enclosed in a plastic bag and there was no hole in the bag, I can only assume it was there when packaged. I saw no mention of it or picture showing it in your ad. I did not want to leave a bad review or start a formal inquiry. What other options do I have? I can send pictures if there is a way to get them to you.

x3gwen Hi Pat! Just an FYI, it’s not necessary to decline offers since they usually go out to all likers of an item. Just ignore them if you’re not interested. Imagine if you had 30 likers and they all declined your offer. You would receive 30 decline alerts. Lol
