Welcome! Sometimes if you need to catch up on your learning curve - there are tons of online groups and the web has videos and tutorials I was so alone- I didn’t know there were *boxes* and I wrapped all mine in brown Kraft paper and tape/twine. No kidding. Then I found the free boxes, then, you can order them delivered directly to you from USPS. Don’t take people’s personal complaints to heart. It’s really a lot of fun!
