Hi Pati. I apologize that the book you bought from me wasn’t up to your standards. I’m a little confused how you think it wasn’t brand new considering that it had absolutely nothing wrong with it and was wrapped in bubble wrap. I find it hard to believe that you don’t think it’s new, because I never even opened it myself.
