queensransom1 Hi Patience. I am forced to cancel the order for the tote. When I bent the handles to ship two of them got tiny tears at the base where it attaches. What I will do is cancel order, save your address, repair it because it’s beautiful and send to you on my own as a gift. I deeply apologize for the inconvenience. Just because they’re following you doesn’t mean they have seen your entire closet, and when you share other Posher's items they typically share your items to their thousands of followers. kiki0170 @carleescorner Hi. I had to reach out to customer service on February 19 after not getting a reply from the buyer. Poshmark release the money on February 20. It was at the post office for pickup since February 2. They were great to deal with.

carleescorner @kiki0170 thank you for your response. I had a feeling this buyer has done this before. I’ve been a seller on this platform for numerous years and this was a first for me. I could see this buyer was active everyday and just purposefully not responding, very shady indeed. I reached out to PM support yesterday and money was released today, agreed, PM was pleasant and quick responsiveness ! Thank you again, hopefully PM will not allow this buyer to do this to anyone else in the future.
