If it was an used item i woukd 2nd guess it but it was brand new and never opened. I hope you can figure out whats wrong. I have no problem w.refunding your cost but again it was brand new.

I've had less freelance work lately, so I've been busier on Poshmark & now have friends asking me list for them. I always keep you in mind because of being one of my early likers & buyers (and so nice about it!). :) I try to share your closet when I can. :)
