annalatshaw Hi Patricia - I bought some gray blundstone boots from you back in June 2022. I have absolutely loved them, but sadly the sole on both boots have just started to tear and deteriorate 😢 I’m so sad. I want to see if Blundstone will stand by their product as they do say they are meant to last a lifetime. However, in order to do so you need to know when and where you purchased from. Did you buy the boots retail or did you get them second hand yourself? Figured it was worth asking! Thanks
