jillkuksa Hi - this is jill regarding the lulu jacket you purchased yesterday. As I was packing the jacket I noticed 3 spots on the bottom front. I have washed the item & stains did not come out. I took a photo but cannot figure out how to get it to you. I will cancel the order & repost with the stain.

plaanejane @jillkuksa I understand. I had a similar issue this week myself with an item I sold through e***. I used 1 drop of liquid dish soap and vinegar. It took a couple of treatments but the spot did lift out. You just dab it on the spot and rub gently. Once the stain lifts, you launder the item. If the item is white, add peroxide to the mix. wendihall @plaanejane I actually have a squash blossom necklace that I am thinking about selling. I'm on the fence about it right now. It's beautiful and has turquoise and coral stones. I'll take a picture of it tonight and put it up on my page as a "not for sale" so you can look at it and I'll try to remember to tag you.
