belleamibtq @belleamibtq Thank you. I have sent a message to Poshmark support for help in opening a return. I believe you can also go to the original transaction page and request a return that way. If not, hopefully they can assist us. If you click of order inquiry/problem, it should be available.

belleamibtq @twblessed247 No worries, and I’m sorry for the confusion. I’m not sure if we can do the return on our own as I believe once a rating is left, it is considered closed. However, I would gladly accept a return and refund your money. So I sent a message to Posh support to let them know and hopefully they can open the return for us. Or just refund, that’s fine too.
