chibigiggles Considering the dress was true to its tag, there were no issues (practically brand new without tags), and you even stated, "Not Seller's fault," a one-star rating was unwarranted and actually quite rude. For future purchases you make on here, the rating applies to the seller, not to the fact that the piece of clothing didn't fit you as desired. :(
