emeline2 Annc64, I am very disappointed! I've paid for the red Valerie Bertinelli Jacket and I was looking forward for you to ship my purchase. Out of the blue you decided to cancelled my item. I don't appreciate doing business with me like that. Don't put your customers hopes up by playing with their emotions. That's not how a good business operates. I guess you don't care losing one customer.
