@patriciafayo so every night and every morning you put it on and take a piece of plastic wrap ( I use sandwich bags cut up and put in your lips over the balm for 15 minutes - I can not believe the difference in how much softer and less dry my lips are - I told my friend I never wanted to sell face stuff but I fell in love with this stuff.
