broscab Referring to GI JOE Collective. I don’t know where to begin with however you received your order. I can personally say I did package the item with care, I’ve never had an issue and I extremely apologize. I packed it with care and dropped it in person at the counter as so I would get a receipt, so I’m not sure what could have happened through the delivery process since I have no control as to what happens once I ship. I am extremely sorry! Lost for words don’t know what else I could say!
