karlaspeer Hi Patricia, I ordered a Melissa Cognac Frye purse. It was $225. I received it in the mail this evening. When I went to look it over, the purse looks like it has scratches all over it. What can I do to get another one possibly? This is a Valentine’s Day gift for my mother. I have the receipt and email info.

patriciajtu @karlaspeer hello unfortunately this is the only purse that I have this is the exact same purse that is in the pictures it is a brand new purse that is leather the scratches on the purse are typical for a leather purse leather do scratch very easily he scratches were shown in the pictures of the posting typically leather cleaner will smooth out scratches of the purse
