modamiaboutique Hi Patricia, I see you opened a case. Since you're a fairly new Poster, just want to let you know that you're first recourse should have been you contact the seller. Since you didn't do that, I have no idea what was wrong? Please message me with your issues.

pisrael3540 @modamiaboutique sorry. I just replied to the msg I got from Poshmark. I submitted a msg that the jacket fits and looks good but it has a very musty odor like it had been stored in a damp place. I asked if the seller would discount the price $5 to cover cost of cleaning. If not I'll return.

modamiaboutique @pisrael3540 Again, for future refererence PLEASE, contact seller first! Once you open a case Posh has limited options. BTW: We're in So. Florida & the whole state was greatly impacted by Irma, I wouldn't doubt that mail items were in damp conditions (Out of my control!) So sorry you had an issue, we hope you'll shop us again. As a Suggested User we do all we possibly can to make sure our customer's experience is the best! (We're an upscale consignment shop & all items are thoroughly vetted!)
