Hi, please help me understand why you gave me 3 stars "needs improvement" on my shipment. I accepted your 33% lower than listed offer, shipped it the very next day, included a hand written thank you note as well as a gift. What have I missed? Your feedback is much appreciated. Those reviews send a valuable message to other Poshers and I would like to do better next time. Cheers

@livingsingle it was for description not shipment. The shirt is to long for me knowing this I would not have purchased. It is much longer than the average button down. I wish you would have mentioned in description. I appreciate the fact that you accepted my offer however I wasted my money seeing as how I won't wear it.

@ptrizzo ok, got it, you needed to know the length, I would have been happy to provide that. I did not think it was unusually long. Thanks for the input. Please add comments like that to the rating so we can all learn something and Poshers don't get the wrong idea about my shipping habits.

@suzy1561 I’m sorry if you were put off by the 4 stars. Honestly I hate rating anyone unless it was horrible. The reason for the 4 stars was the condition of the gold sandals. You listed like new. The zipper pulls are frayed which there was no picture of also the side of the soles have marks and look like the glue is separating. If they were in a store I would not have purchased them. I am by no means mad and I didn’t expect you to be. To me a 5 is perfection
