Hi Patricia. I wanted to sincerely apologize for my oversight on the blouse you bought from me. I have never done that before, and I feel so bad about it. I wish you would of opened up a case and returned it for a refund instead of a 1 star review. I strive very hard to give great service and merchandise. I think a 1 star is a bit harsh for a human error and honest mistake. Again, I am so sorry.
