Hey :) Hope youre doing well. Recently you purchased a pair of Michael Kors shoes for 10 dollars from my closet and I triple checked to make sure the pictures weren’t deceiving, made sure to ship it out early the next day, checked pictures I took of packaging and couldnt find any reason to have received three stars from you- so I messaged you about anything that I could do to make it right seeing as it greatly effects our selling ability on the app but no response.

There also was no reason stated for why I received a three star rating. My ratings have never fell below 5 stars because I do everything I can to make sure anyone buying from me has a good experience and if you would give me the opportunity I would love to make it right, if you let me know, if somehow something went wrong I really do apologize I just can’t imagine what. @bnorys same, it’s crazy. My profit was 5 dollars on micheal kors shoes she purchased from me and I did nothing to justify a 3 star rating- she also wont get back to me to resolve the issue. I think poshmark should make buyers provide an actual reason for doing such a thing especially considering the buyers history for rating low with no responses or reasons.

@jishianny the flaws are shown in the pictures- and shoes were priced accordingly. A pair of Michael Kors shoes for ten dollars, that are advertised as used, will not be in new condition. What we mean when we say that we wish we would have read the comments from other people on your poshmark page is not anything mean or against you- its just that its scary to sell to someone who can effect your rating and ability to sell used clothing

@jishianny and be rated poorly when the item is in used condition. If you were to have purchased the item in new condition and they arrived in used condition, it would justify a low rating, not the other way around. I recommend buying new and or at much higher prices if you wish for the items you receive to be in optimal condition. Have a great day.
