Hello Patty, I’m sorry you didn’t like the purse. I wrote you a card apologizing for the mix up in the brand, when I sent your order. The bag however is in new condition. As I stated in the listing, it was barely used. So I’m not really understanding when you say poor quality. Are you referring to the materials the manufacturer chose to use?
